you know that aaron has adapted to your music taste over the years. he’s listened to taylor swift when he’s driving to work or going on a sunday ride with you, and he’s played your favorite record instead of the white album when you dim the lights and dance in the kitchen, your feet on top of his as you sway back and forth — but what you didn’t think you’d hear was him singing along to lana del rey as he works in his study.
if you’re being honest, you don’t like it when aaron works from home. it’s not that you don’t want him here because you do — it’s just that you can’t concentrate on your tasks at hand when he’s unbuttoned the first few buttons of his shirt and his sleeves are rolled up his arms, his eyebrows furrowed in concentration.
