An unexpected cold snap hits the base, and the kids get too chilly while playing in the snow. Even though he swears he doesn't care, Ratchet ends up going out of his way to warm them back up. In the end, this devolves into a giant cuddle puddle on the base floor. And Ratchet will STILL insist he hates the kids, as he does.

Being a kid has its perks, he could go unnoticed for the most part. What he failed to realize is that now that he had little to no magic power the streets were suddenly more dangerous than they ever were before.

A story about how Julius gets kidnapped by a group of assholes and learns to not get out of the castle without guards, at least until he gets his power back.

Now, Finral and Langris are stuck working for the opposite squad until the trade is over. Hopefully, they survive without causing too much damage to either one of their reputations.

Peter’s eyes narrowed. They were in a deadlock. A competition to see who would break away first. In the end, it was Peter, turning back towards the window and lifting a knee to climb out of it. The symbiote spread back over his face, but before he lept off, Rio grabbed his shoulder. Peter twitched out of her grasp, glancing back.
“Peter,” she said, “I’m not going to pretend like I know what’s going on—”
“You don’t.”
Rio paused, then nodded. “I don’t,” she agreed. “But Miles needs you right now. If you could put everything aside for him, just this once, it would mean everything to me.” Peter leaned forward, ready to interrupt her, but she spoke before he could. “Go. Help. Him. Please.”
Or: Peter’s fractured anger finally rears its head when Miles is nowhere to be found. Kraven is delighted by this new development, and intends to exploit it.
