She let's him in, even if she hates how he represents magic - something she hates and is afraid of as magic has taken aways all she had loved. She doesn't want to lose Harry.

This is my first ever Harry Potter fanfiction. I have written other fanfictions, just not on ao3. And it's been a while since I have written something. I changes many things in the Harry Potter universe that is canon. As it is a childrens book everything is black and white, as it is easier for kids to understand it. But now, that I'm an adult I realized that everything is much more complicated. I truly think that Petunia was abused by Vernon and only became so "evil" due to self preservation.
