    Tim just sighed. He didn’t want to deal with a paranoid Batman right now. Emotion bled into his tone. “Look, that doesn’t matter right now. It’ll all make sense in a moment.” He had to really resist the urge to press his palms into his eye sockets, anything to quell the incoming headache. “Just, please, last night you were in Gotham on a typical patrol, and now you’re here, with nothing in between? Nothing at all?”

    Tim grieved for his family, moved on, and became an adult. It had been eight years after all.

    But now they were back. Very suddenly.

    He hadn't slept enough to deal with time travel bullshit.

    Gotham is never quiet, the holidays are no exception to that fact.

    As Tim and Dick begin to settle into the new normal, two crime sprees test the strength of their trust.

    A string of robberies that leave them struggling to find answers, as bodies begin to appear around the city. With a concerning connection to an enemy that has Dick worried for Tim's safety.

    Dick enters the apartment, going straight to the stairwell, pulling out his grapple.

    “5th floor, third door to the right.” Tim states shooting his own grapple to the correct floor.

    Dick follows, racing down towards the ajar door. Bloody footprints are soaked into the carpet, tapering off before they get to the stairwell. The blood is browning, it’s been there awhile.

    Tim arrives at the door first, and slips inside.

    “Robin, wait!”
