Sometimes, out of the corner of Tony’s eye, he would see it glint through the gap between Bucky’s sleeve and the black glove he wears. It still gave him the shivers.
He knew it wouldn’t be easy for him to accept Bucky. The history there was too much. But for Steve, and for the Avengers program itself, he’d offered to try.
Or; Having Bucky at the compound isn’t exactly doing wonders on Tony’s nerves. That is, until he finds something out about Bucky that makes him rethink everything.

Tony remembered feeling cold. Coldness in a way that he hadn’t known before. Not the kind that made you want to rub your hands together but it gnawed on your skin and bones. Tony remembered feeling it eating away at him and the stabbing sensation in his chest with every breath that he had taken. Until he had wished that he was able to just stop breathing once and for all.
Then he had stopped.
Tony remembered screaming and a heavy Russian accent. More screaming.After the events of Siberia Tony wakes up in a Russian military hospital to find out that not everybody was lucky enough to walk away from them. Now everybody is asking the same question - Who is to blame?

Post CACW Siberia:
Tony has been cold since Siberia, his heart broken from betrayal, soul shattered with the reminder that he wasn't meant for love, and Soul Mark empty after Steve chose Bucky over him.
Steve has been cold since the Valkyrie went down, his heart torn between missing Bucky and loving Tony, soul weary with the weight of grief, and Soul Mark aching after Siberia and watching his soulmates fight each other.
Bucky has been cold since he fell, his heart iced over with decades of pain, his soul barely intact enough to register a loved one, and Soul Mark only half filled in because even with Steve back in his life, some one is still missing from his (their) arms.
But first, Stucky has to come home and Tony has to put the whiskey down. They have to deal with Siberia, with hard truths and harder apologies. They have to learn to tell the whole truth and realize that despite entwined lives and decades of history, none of them are whole without the other.

Summary
After the SHRA, the events around Steve’s death and Tony discovering he deleted part of his brain, Tony finally decides he's done enough. With Osborn taken care of, Tony leaves the Avengers and decides to quit being Ironman effective immediately.
He tells himself it doesn't hurt when Steve agrees. Why should it? After everything he's done, the team's better off without him.
However before he can truly move on, there are things he needs to take care of, and it's not long before he realizes he's dangerously close to losing his company. He's desperate and willing to do anything to keep it together.
So when, after months of silence, Steve asks him to drop everything and come work for Shield, Tony finds he doesn't have a choice. He agrees, no matter how much he knows he shouldn't. His reputation isn't exactly the best after the SHRA and he's heard stories of what he'd done as Director. He's knows what he's done. He's knows he's responsible for what happened to Steve.
He just wishes someone had warned him first. He hadn't been prepared to deal with the consequences.

Summary
Steve Rogers is the Captain, a leader of an infamous organization that targets corrupt businessmen.
When on an undercover mission, he meets Tony Stark, a man who should be the worst of them all - wealthy, spoiled, entitled. But it seems that Tony Stark is not like that at all and Steve wants to uncover the mystery of the man, all the while keeping the fact that he is the Captain a secret.
It's not helping that he also has to deal with Iron Man, who is flashy and arrogant and everything Steve dislikes and judging by their interactions the feeling seems to be mutual.
But while Steve is torn between his two identities, a new threat is on the horizon that might just put everything Steve’s been working on in jeopardy.

Six months after the attack on New York and Tony is just trying to make it through the day to day. He moved his life down to the basement and away from the broken penthouse glass, went to one whole therapy session and had slept at least once in the last week. Not that it had been enough to convince Pepper to continue dating him, but at least he was trying. When Fury called him to Shield's HQ in DC he never expected to find Loki, broken and battered, tucked away in their basement. He definitely never expected to feel sorry for the crazy bastard. He can't just leave the god in Shield's hands, but what other choice does he have?
