“Ah, um, I do it because it helps with my setting,” He answers, and averts his eyes when Sugawara’s face softens.
“That’s very dedicated of you,” The other setter says, eyes twinkling when Tobio looks back up. He feels the tips of his ears get hot.
“T-thanks,” He mumbles, hurrying to pack up his things and trying to ignore the warm feeling in his chest. Then Hinata yells across the whole gym that he’s going to race him back home, and Tobio immediately grabs his bag and zips to catch up with the stupid cheater that already got a head start.
