FANTASTIC, but discontinued. Ends in the middle. Various POVs.
Obi-Wan leaves the Order after recommending Anakin for Knighthood after Geonosis, and joins the Separatists, rebranding it with Dooku's approval into "the good guys" (anti-slavery! Freedom from oppression!), which makes them more likely to win. He doesn't pretend to be a bad guy, but he's ruthlessly practical. His practicality involves shooting to stun and sending clones to "prison camps" which are basically homesteads on abandoned planets with all their needs met and paid employment opportunities. And the health check in accordance with the laws of war includes a surreptitious de-chipping. Dooku pulls away from the Dark Side as a matter of practicality. Individual Order members reevaluate the war.
The continuation by another author is not as good and doesn't advance the story much, so I recommend skipping it.

**SPOILERS**
Harry was an Auror in his own time. Using a disguise, he claims to be an undercover Auror from abroad. Moody gets the truth out of him and puts him on the Department's payroll. (Read that short when you get to that point.) He does NOT become a member of the Order, being unwilling to trust Dumbledore with his identity. He becomes friends with the Marauders. He saves Regulus and gets Marlene McKinnon's family to adopt him, and stashes him in his emergency tent. He hunts Horcruxes off-screen. Pettigrew gets caught as a butterfly effect. Voldemort is killed in Hogsmeade after he's mortal. There's no attempt to return to "his own time" or dimension or whatever; he just assumes it is impossible, that he's in the past and you can only live it forward. Which is fine.

Obi-Wan took a deep breath and did his best to press the anxiety he was feeling away. His hands were steady as he adjusted the settings of the communcation set-up of the small vessel he was currently piloting. He purposefully set the comm to audio only on his side. He hadn't been a padawan for long, but if there was one thing he'd learned during his missions with Master Jinn, it was that it was rare for anyone, especially politicians, to take a padawan seriously.
He assumed the same held true for the leader of an enemy empire.

Elros and Elrond, "captives" of Maglor, overhear the message from their mother rejecting the demand that she ransom them with her Silmaril. Elros guesses their captors will kill him or his brother and send their mother the body, to prove they're serious about their threats. It is not acceptable that Elrond be killed. Jumping off a cliff will give his body plenty of wounds for his captors to claim to have inflicted.

Any clone who's thrown one of the new souped-up EMP grenades unknowingly got their chip knocked out.
Set mostly on Coruscant before and during the posy Order 66 evacuation. Ends with the good guys regrouping on a Jedi homeworld.The overall tone is pretty anxious, but pretty much nobody dies, so it's mostly fine.

Not finished but what's here is good.
Master Dooku rescues a Mandalorian kid after Death Watch kills his buir, then takes him to the faction he deduces the kid is from and pokes to make sure he'll be safe there. He's very patient; not just with the kid but with life. Like, "This thing is necessary to do, and it must be done a certain way, and so I am doing that." Very in the present; the sort of inevitability is very well written. -

Short.
A stranded Jaster and scavenging Obi-Wan bump into each other on Melida|Daan. Obi-Wan hurts himself trying to get away and Jaster takes him back to the ship for healing. Enjoyable interlude of hurt/comfort with Obi-Wan agreeing to stay for two days (to heal) in exchange for all of Jaster's extra food and medical supplies, but then realizing with the Force that Jaster is genuinely concerned. The end.
It sounds really limited but I really liked it.
