Percy is tired. He has fought in two wars and battled in numerous quests. He is done being a pawn for the gods to use. Now finished with high school, the next step for Percy is college. Where else better to get away from the gods than Gotham University, located in a city where the humans are so crazy that no monsters enter. It will be a paradise for Percy. A place for him to relax in his retirement while attending college.
It is a shame that Percy cannot seem to catch a break. As he navigates a new ‘normal’ life in Gotham, he soon learns about an unknown Uncle. One that has an affinity for bats. Looks like Percy’s family and world just got bigger.

If that’s the case, I am deeply sorry, and good luck. It’s pretty hard to leave this trope behind once you’re into it.

So Percy decided to move to Gotham where he gets a job as a barista. He has only been working at the cute cafe for just under 2 months. When the hottest man he has ever seen (in his opinion) walked into his work and turned his life upside down.

All that is disturbed by Percy appearing over three years after he went missing, bringing up pushed down memories and feelings and conflicts everyone is trying to ignore.
