Summary
Clark 'Superman' Kent, is a shoe-in for the NFL draft, a tall, dimpled, All-American-Type, College Football's Jesus. Bruce is well-known for his intense dedication to collegiate journalism, his all-black closet and the billions promised to him upon graduation. Bruce wants to sweep at the Collegiate Emmy's, Clark wants to go pro. So, they make a deal. Bruce can produce a media campaign that rallies the public behind Clark before Draft Day. Bruce helps to upkeep the Wayne Media Enterprise legacy, and Clark gets good press.
But then, Clark and Bruce spend game-day after game-day together. Bruce asks Clark questions, studies him, captures him, writes all of him down. What's even more peculiar is Clark starts asking questions back. Questions that make Bruce feel like Clark wants to know him as more than just his shadow for the season.
They can’t fall in love. It wouldn’t make practical sense. It wouldn’t make emotional sense.
But couldn't it?

Tim Drake knows that crying yields no data. He learned that at six years old in an empty house, illuminated only by the blue light of a computer screen.
Now, he’s an exhausted student by day and a digital poltergeist by night. He doesn't just "watch" the Wayne family, he optimizes them. He hacks their coffee machines, stabilizes their tactical HUDs, and leaves anonymous medical alerts on the Bat-computer when Bruce’s cortisol levels spike. When Dick Grayson forces Clark to pretend to be his parent for a meeting with his headmaster, Clark expects an awkward conversation and maybe a lecture from Bruce afterward. He does not expect Gotham’s tabloids to decide he and Bruce Wayne are secretly together. But after one too many headlines about Bruce Wayne’s “mysterious co-parent,” pretending to date starts seeming like the easiest solution.
That would probably be less of a problem if Clark wasn’t already half in love with him.

The action, however, makes his blood feel cold, and he stares up at Harry in confusion, expecting something more. But Harry makes no move to close the space between them again.
When Harry speaks, finally, it's low and deadly and it fucking hurts.

Bruce is not a good man.
He's horrible and jealous and sick on the inside- but, at least, he's trying, even when he has his hands full with his new son, his grumpy old man, and the fact that Superman keeps getting on his fucking nerves.
Bruce is not a good man, and he knows it, and he'll track down whoever Superman is and all of his weaknesses if it's the last thing he ever does.

At least, until his parents begin behaving strangely and Tim's investigation finds him at the center of a plot that threatens the entire city. The only way to save Gotham is for Tim to reach Batman, but doing so means losing everything he knows.
