    UPDATE: I'm working on this whenever I need a break from my thesis, so updates are a little irregular. I'm not a Star Wars expert, so most of the info is pulled from Wookieepedia and anything I can't find on there, I just make up.
    Also, I am trying to start flirtin' with the canon a lil but I might divert again if I a) get a better idea, or b) watch season three and it sucks :)

    After wrecking the Razor Crest and nearly getting stranded on a freezing planet with giant insects, then limping to Trask and wasting credits on “repairs” that barely held the ship together, Mando does not want a repeat. Remembering a pesky albeit skilled mechanic apprenticing under Peli Motto, he reluctantly puts an offer on the table:

    Keep the Crest functioning in emergency scenarios without getting in his way — or on his nerves — and the pay will be better than what you make on Tatooine, which is functionally just tips.
