What makes this story further stand out is its emphasis on REALISM, historical accuracy, and introducing modern scientific knowledge/ideas to the people of Ezio's time.

An "essentially complete" story that begins with a post-Winter War Shinigami-Arrancar Alliance, but soon transitions into multiple romances and a plot involving original characters from another dimension.
Some characters may seem OOC but are written well the way they are. Ichigo's role doesn't come into play until later arcs. The author mentioned posting one or more "Epilogues", but the story is "essentially complete" as is.

A LONG story co-written by multiple authors in which an "OC Self-Insert" named Jeremiah Cross is "sent" to One Piece, befriends a Devil-Fruit-empowered Transponder Snail named Soundbite, and joins the Straw Hats just before the Loguetown Arc as their "communications officer". With no Devil Fruit of his own, Cross relies on his knowledge, wit, and allies.
The plot both follows and greatly diverges from canon (with LOTS of worldbuilding) as Cross both intentionally and unintentionally changes things (such as new people joining the Straw Hat crew while also gaining allies both Pirate AND Marine). Especially after he and Soundbite gain the ability to broadcast a "Radio Show" WORLDWIDE.
The story currently covers everything up to the Timeskip, with the co-authors announcing their plans to put the story ON HOLD until the One Piece manga finishes. Even so, the current story is WELL worth reading (if you don't mind the length).

Summary

Drawing the attention of the shinigami could be just the advantage Homura needs.

A FEELSY crossover between PMMM and Bleach where Homura learns new things, gains new allies, and gets much-needed EMOTIONAL SUPPORT. This helps her face old Traumas, new mysteries, new enemies, and NEW Traumas across Multiple Loops.
This story (which has its own TVTropes page) spent years on Hiatus due to the author's "life issues" and "writer's block", but she is doing what she can, and what story IS present is VERY MUCH worth reading.
Of note is how this story analyzes both franchises individually, compares them, and through its worldbuilding slowly "fuses" them. Furthermore, among the Bleach cast, the characters to receive the most focus so far are Karin, Yuzu, Isshin, Kisuke, Yoruichi, and Toshiro. "Unexpected" PMMM characters show up as well.

An amazing but sadly-abandoned crossover between Halo and Mass Effect that also has its own TVTropes page.
Due to time effects, Master Chief and Cortana discover that humanity and the Covenant made peace, met the Citadel races, and became integrated such that Covenant races can be found peacefully mingling on the Citadel. Since canon Commander Shepard can be customized to be "anyone", the author thought that "anyone" - such as Master Chief - could be Commander Shepard, or at least fill Shepard's role in the story. Thus, Chief Captains the Normandy while Cortana attempts to disguise herself as a VI and new crewmates are encountered...
There's also an "April Fools" version of the story called "Version 20" where Master Chief becomes a "villain protagonist" who takes on Saren's role while Saren is the "good guy" in Shepard's role!
