Summary
Margaret Buckley née Sullivan has a younger sister Diana who finds out why Evan was born. Diana knows Margaret very well (they've been opposites of each other since childhood), so she sticks close to her sister's family, and that's a good thing, because a year after Evan's birth and Daniel's recovery, Margaret makes the decision to give the baby up for adoption. When the younger sister offers to take her nephew into her care, within hours she gets the adoption papers along with a small bag of clothes and just one-year-old Evan.

But once he realizes that, he immediately knows that he can't come out. It would ruin his legacy.

„Ehm, that he would bring Jane but had to ask her before because they don’t see each other often. But then he sent this whole ass list with things she wouldn’t eat and I really thought he would bring her.“ Shane‘s face fell soft. He turned to Roz with a smile. Troy squinted his eyes.
„Oh, he never said any gendered pronouns, Troy,“ Harris clarified. Roz‘s grin grew bigger. „Jane was clearly in the loop here.“ Harris emphasized the name and then it dawned on Troy.
