Tim now stared at the papers in his hand with disbelieving eyes. Holy fuck, Bruce is going to kill me.
The buzzing of his phone broke through his thoughts, and for a moment, Tim considered flinging it across the room to shut it up. Then, apparently the phone had been so insistent and non-stop for the past few minutes, that Percy had begun to stir.
Good timing. As soon as Percy's eyes fluttered open, Tim shoved the marriage certificate and license in front of his face.
“Hey, remember last night?” Tim asked as he watched Percy groggily scanned over the certificate.
Tim waited patiently for the man's brain to catch up, watching him furrow his brows as he tried to read the written text over and over. Then, a good few minutes later, he dragged a hand down his face in defeat.
“I'm actually dyslexic,” Percy said, flatly. His eyes fluttered close again.
Tim wanted to shake him.
OR; Tim wasn't one for impulsive decisions, but Percy definitely was.

Tim had given up trying to lie to himself about how he felt about Jason, hating himself for his childhood hero-worship/crush on the second Robin for coming back. He knew the whole thing was pointless – Jason barely tolerated him, he knew that – so it was better to just acknowledge the feelings, process them, and get rid of them. The last time he’d had feelings for Jason, suppressing them hadn’t worked despite years of trying.
So here he was, asking Jason about what consoles he had because unfortunately this was as close as Jason was going to come to asking him on a date (oh my god, a Bat Kids hangout was the closest he was getting to a date – Damian was right, Tim was pathetic), and there was no way in hell Tim was going to say no, even if he hadn’t slept in over 24 hours.
