Summary
Leonardo Hamato is at a loss. He does not understand why his brothers are ignoring him, like c'mon he gets that they're mad at him after the stunt he pulled with the Krang. But they have continued to ignore his presence -opting to avoid and not talk to him- even after a whole week has passed since he (sacrificed himself) saved New York from the Krang!

Or after Leo sacrificed himself in the battle with the Krang, his badass baby brother opened a portal to get him out of the prison dimension. Leo, with various injuries, is just glad to be out of the prison dimension, so he decides that now that he's safe in the embrace of all 3 of his brothers (even if they are in Staten Island, eww) he can finally close his eyes. The pain overwhelming his body, the sting in his shell, and the warmth of the embrace all seem to lull him to sleep. He wakes up back at the lair, but he can tell something is bothering his brothers. Why else would they not acknowledge his presence?
