Summary

What if Harry had been expelled for a moment and therefore had to be sorted again?
What if they were both prepared for him to not return to the house of lions?
Also, if he is a prophesied savior of the wizarding world, he better have some kind of special magical attributes.

Harry looks up at Marcus and decides that the older boy will be his big brother one way or another! Marcus is drawn to Harry and is protective of him. He decides to teach Harry everything he knows, from riding a broom to the Dark Arts! Harry takes to it all swimmingly and decides to follow Marcus once more into becoming a Dark Wizard.
As they grow up, the two brothers will face a myriad of challenges as the world pushes back against their relationship, and it will only get worse as Harry gets older. Thankfully, he has his brother and his friends to help protect him, and perhaps he and Draco would find that their friendship is something completely more.

Sirius doesn't go after Peter Pettigrew on the night that Voldemort kills the Potters, but stays to look after Harry... This means that he is never wrongly accused and incarcerated for the murder of Lily and James, and instead he and Remus Lupin raise Harry as their own.
When it finally becomes time for Harry to start his education at Hogwarts, he has no reason to tell the Sorting Hat not to place him in Slytherin, so he is Sorted into Slytherin and becomes best friends (and later on, more than friends) with Draco.
