Trey groaned. He stepped forward, catching Cater’s wrist firmly and tugging the brush out of his grip. His other hand cupped Cater’s jaw, tilting his head back.
“Open.”
Cater blinked, startled. “Trey, wait, I can—”
“Open.” The word came calm but sharp, and it made Cater’s pulse skip.
Cater obeyed, lips parting. Trey slid the brush in with careful precision, his hand steady as he angled it against the front teeth. Small, tight circles. His brows knit with concentration, and he moved methodically from one side to the other.

Sanji has a nasty habit of denying himself little luxuries. Sleeping in, hot food, the unconditional love of his crew. He's used to it though; used to getting up at the crack of dawn to prepare breakfast, used to working on an empty stomach to ensure everyone else is fed, used to serving up pieces of himself and getting nothing in return.
He can't afford those luxuries. Not even on his birthday.
