What is Time?
It’s a prominent question that continues to breach in his mind like a parasite. He heard Mori mention it once, but he’s never figured out what the word means.
Someone had brought him to this room just now. Why? To train, of course! He’s Mori’s Doll- a perfect toy.
His head hurts. What is pain? He shouldn’t be feeling it. Dolls don’t feel pain with their porcelain skin and wooden eyes.
Someone tells him to shut off. Automatically, like a button being pressed, his head hangs down like a tree.
He does the only thing he can do- shut off.
Or- brainwashed/doll Dazai! This is an idea that I had a concept for, and so I decided to make a full fic on it!!!

“I will return to the Port Mafia,” Dazai said, his voice entirely devoid of the cheerful lilt he had spent four years perfecting. “I will take my old seat. I will run your black ops. But I have one condition.”
Mori smiled, resting his chin on his steepled hands. “Name it.”
“Nakahara Chuuya.”
Four years of daylight was a long time, but it wasn’t enough to bleach the blood out of Dazai Osamu’s shadow. When he finally returns to the Port Mafia to broker a deal for the Agency's survival, he brings a very specific set of demands. Mori just wants his Demon Prodigy back. Chuuya just wants to know why the headache he's had for four years suddenly wears a familiar, obnoxious trench coat.

ADA and PM are forced to guess truth or lie and if they are wrong, they will be forced to watch the part of that person's life as a punishment. But the things complicate a little, when one of the cards have more unknown informatoins than known. And who would've thought it was Dazai's card!

They are forced to watch Dazai's life, that wasn't one of the cleanest and the happiest, as things start to go down when he was still just a little kid.

Dazai stops for a moment, calculating if giving into curiosity was worth it. “I wanted to know why you still pretend to have an ability when everyone knows it is just your genius.”
In a single moment, time seemed to freeze. Ranpo sat silently in his chair, staring at the bag of sweet treats in front of him.
“Why do you pretend to be carefree, dramatic and lazy?”

Summary
It will be the end, Dazai’s made damn sure of it. He’s crossed his T’s and dotted his I’s in his book of life, now coming to its forgone conclusion. No Atsushi to pull him out of the river, no Kunikida to drag him from the side of the bridge, not even a Chuuya to rip him back from a damning high with threats of unending violence never fulfilled. No, he planned this out thoroughly by his own standards, and Dazai Osamu is nothing if not an excellent strategist, even when it comes to his own death. Especially when it comes to his own death.
The ground rushes to meet him in a solid embrace, as Dazai closes his eyes for the last time.
...
Or at least what should have been the last time.

It was unnerving, especially in his current state. He shifted, trying to cover his ears, but whimpered in agony as his burns screamed. Leave me alone, he thought to himself. Chuuya, stop that singing. He coughed, ash coating his raw throat.
"Oh my gosh, he's alive!" A woman's voice pierced through the ringing, and Dazai was faintly aware of gentle hands brushing his forehead.
