“Hey, I’m here, yeah. The bad man’s gone and he won’t be back. Okay.” Soap wraps his arms around him. And Rodolfo is finally warm again, and held, and he can finally breathe in. But when he breathes out it’s a wail.
“Shh. I know. I know.” Soap gently cups his face again. “I was bullied too. I know what that fear’s like. Only mine was only at school. Your bully was in your home. You had no escape.”
“And now he’s here.” Rodolfo says around sobs.

Summary
The only light in the rec room comes from the television, currently partway through a spanish language cartoon that Ghost doesn’t recognise. Sitting curled up on the sofa, Rodolfo is covered in blankets and pillows, his teddy bear sat and looking over his knees as if watching the television as well.
“Rodolfo.” Ghost slowly shakes his head as the boy flinches and looks at him. “What have you been told about regressing alone?”
Rodolfo looks down, every inch a child caught being naughty. “Alejandro and Price are asleep.”
“Then you wake one of them.”
“I’m having a sad day.” Rodolfo looks back up, bottom lip trembling slightly. “It makes others sad too.” He turns Henry the teddy bear around so that they are looking at each other. “I don’t want them to be sad.”
Ghost nods, moving to sit on the sofa next to the boy. “Do you know why you’re sad?”
Rodolfo shakes his head. “I’m just sad.”
“Yeah.” Ghost moves in closer, rubbing Rodolfo’s back. “Well, I’m having a sad day too. So, let’s be sad together, yeah?”Series

Summary
He barely makes it in the door before his mate is on him, grasping hands and vicious snarls of his name, pinning him tightly to the wall. Distantly he’s aware of Price making sounds of concern and Ghost responding in a low tone, but it’s lost to him running his hands over Alejandro’s head and muttering soothing nonsense.
