Summary
Optimus has watched Starscream, decepticon air commander and loyal (ish) second to the ruthless Megatron, die, approximately twenty times.
It's disturbing.
He doesn't like Starscream. Nobody likes Starscream. But Optimus doesn't enjoy seeing anyone pass away; it's the thing that constantly makes him hesitate to continue the war. If he were fighting for a lesser cause, he would have surrendered to end it and, in the process, end the continuous loss of life the fight cost.

Or, the one where Optimus gets stuck in a time loop that resets every time Starscream dies. A mech who remembers every time he's failed to save someone, and a seeker who is not only doomed to die, but is utterly insufferable.
What could possibly go wrong?

One moment of weakness. One confession. One truth shared in quiet, trembling vulnerability—and they handed it all to Megatron like an offering.

Before he was Megatron, he was D-16 — a young mech who believed in the Decepticon cause as Megatronus Prime envisioned it. He trained under Starscream, the Prime’s right hand and second-in-command, a brilliant strategist who shaped D-16 into something greater than a soldier.
Then Megatronus Prime died.
Starscream vanished.
And D-16 felt that loss like a fracture in his spark.
Time passed. D-16 became Megatron. The war consumed Cybertron. Ideals twisted. The Decepticons became something harsher, something unrecognizable.
Until the Autobots discover the long-lost flagship of Megatronus Prime — and inside it, sealed in stasis, they find Starscream. Alive.
Now awakened under Autobot care, Starscream learns the truth: Optimus Prime leads, the war rages, and the cause he helped build has been corrupted. As he begins aiding the new Prime, old loyalties collide with present realities.

What begins as a whispered joke inside the Decepticon ranks—unauthorized photographs of Starscream traded for energon—rapidly mutates into a full-blown underground market. No one expects Soundwave to trace it back to its origin. No one expects Megatron to prepare punishment.
And no one, especially Megatron, expects Shockwave to step in.
Declaring the scheme profitable, Shockwave reframes exploitation as economics, with Thundercracker and Skywarp conveniently rebranded as “solution providers” for the Decepticons’ chronic lack of funds. A controlled operation. A harmless commodity. Just images.
Until a client wants exclusivity.
Until “photos” are no longer enough.
Trapped between command, science, greed, and desire, Starscream finds himself reduced to a product that he does not even know about it—one that everyone wants to own, control, or dissect. And when Shockwave’s business spirals out of control, the real question becomes:
How much of Starscream was ever his to begin with?

Optimus Prime woke up as Orion Pax again, and though he panics at first, he realizes the opportunity at hand to fix where things went wrong. Nai had been there to see the horn go off every time their pack had hosted the big run since he was old enough to walk on his own. With one hand tightly clutched in Rem’s skirt, the other holding Vash's hand, he had looked on in fascination as the omegas took off, swift and agile between trees and foliage, just for the alphas to follow by the second call of the horn just minutes later.
It's at the celebration during one of those runs that Nai turns to his brother, sparkles in his eyes, and declares his intentions to catch him, one day. Vash looks a little confused, but nods agreeably and takes his hand so Nai won't get upset.

Obito's prone to long sullen silences, and his usual cheerfulness seems... forced. And there seems to be some sort of one-sided tension between the two. Plus Rin can't go anywhere without Obito following her.
What's a girl to do? Figure out what the hell's going on, and get her team back to normal!
Or, the one where Kakashi and Obito are sent back to the past and think no one is the wiser. Their younger counterparts, due to a seal quirk, end up in their bodies.

"You were on the ARK?!" Optimus whirled to stare at this strange mech.
"Why, yes, me and all the other autobots. We've been living out of it since we crashed landed on the planet earth," he stated placing his servos on his hips.
That didn't make any sense. Sentinel Prime had taken the ARK during his escape, and as far as Optimus knew there wasn't any crew on board. And what this mech mean by the rest of the autobots? The faction had been scattered to the stars since leaving Cybertron.
"Oh wait, where are my manners? I haven't even asked for your designation," The strange mech stated, holding out a servo to shake, "My name is Optimus Prime, it's a pleasure too meet you!"
