“Speaking of things that I wouldn’t ask of you if it weren’t vitally important to how we want to proceed with this investigation…” Harry trailed off, removing his glasses and pinching the bridge of his nose in a familiar gesture. After a long moment, he opened his eyes. “The house is a two bedroom,” he said, as if that explained anything.
Hermione just watched him, her pulse suddenly racing. Her subconscious was making a panicked sort of squawking parrot noise, having figured out something essential that her sleepless brain hadn’t yet come to grips with.
“Hermione,” Harry said. “Malfoy is going to the safe house, too.”

Summary
2004. Harry Potter could not help but stick his nose to where it doesn’t belong. He discovered that Hermione’s Slytherin friends had invented a powerful and advanced time-turner that could take someone back up to thirty years. He planned a raid at the Malfoy residence to confiscate it. He had a confrontation with a very angry Hermione Granger-Malfoy. A confrontation that led to an argument. An argument that led to yelling and fighting. And the exchange of spells led to her unconsciousness.
She had travelled back in time and found herself in her childhood home with her parents, in her eleven-year-old self.
She sobbed, realizing that she was no longer an adult, and Draco wasn’t around.

Amidst a resurgence in Death Eater activity, the likes of which Britain hasn’t seen since the First Wizarding War, Hermione will come to realize that the mistake she’s made with Draco might not be so bad at all. It just might be the best mistake.
