Summary
Traumatised and hating himself after almost killing Malfoy, Harry seeks him out to apologise – but the Slytherin is more combative and furious than ever. What starts out as a fight, however, turns into a different and much needed kind of stress release. Rules are implemented and, inevitably, bent.
While Harry and Draco navigate this new, uncharted territory, things unfold around them that lead Harry down a very different path than the one he would’ve taken had he not fallen into bed with his enemy. He learns that everything he knew about Dumbledore was wrong and he ends up taking control of his own fate, prophecy be damned.

Summary
People often fear the Death tarot card. Those who don't already know its meaning tend to think it's a bad omen. But Tarot's 13th card doesn't mean physical death. It means change, transformation, the death of self, rebirth. Metamorphosis. It is a painful, arduous, and grueling process, but enduring it will lead you to freedom; a lesson Harry learns in one of the hardest ways possible.
After overhearing something at the end of Sixth Year, his entire world gets turned on its head. In hindsight, he really should have told someone. But who would believe him? So home he went. Three days is all it takes for death to knock on his door. With nowhere else to turn, he takes down every shield, every doubt, every ounce of fear, and reaches out.

“You’re holding up the line.” Draco rips the receipt with a flourish and hands it (a little too theatrically) to Harry. “So, if you’re done with the request pertaining to my position in this establishment, I should ask you to step to the end of the counter until your order is ready.”
Still a wanker, then.
“Mm. Then I’ll also have a cappuccino.” Someone groans behind him, then whispers something unintelligible. The door pings again. Draco looks like he’s going to take off his little white hat and throw it to the ground.
In that moment, Harry has a very vivid image (call it a premonition) of how Draco Malfoy would go all pliant and stay exactly how Harry puts him while Harry’s giving him the pounding of his life.
Harry grins.
OR: Harry bumps into Draco a few years after the war. Featuring: himbo Harry’s shameless flirting, and Draco Malfoy in a little white baker hat.

Being turned into a vampire hadn't been that bad at first.
The blood lust was manageable, if annoying. The sun sensitivity was barely worse than before. And the aesthetic? Sublime.
When Draco returns to work and discovers that Harry Potter smells like everything he has ever wanted, his carefully maintained composure lasts approximately four minutes. The vampire living inside him has opinions about this that Draco is finding increasingly difficult to argue with.
A mate bond. An ill-timed raid. A decision made in seconds that will last a lifetime, or more.
