Summary
As Senku prepares his crew to head out in search of corn across the Pacific Ocean, he decides that it's finally safe enough to revive his sister and her friends. He decides that it's best that Nene would teach the villagers left behind agriculture while he's away, a vital part of human development and would be important for the villagers to know once he returns with corn. He declares his twin sister to be his "regent queen", who will look after Ishigami Village in his absence.
Nene is alone without Hanako or Tsuchigomori in this strange new world, and her brother will be oceans away. Now tasked with building a greenhouse from scratch and leading a village of strangers, Nene must steel her resolve for the sake of humanity's future.

Dr. Xeno and Captain Synder weren't always high-ranked military officers and world-famous NASA scientists.
No, they started out as a duo of Millennial kids in the late 90s through the 2000s; a time of recession pop, Chuck E Cheese, Blockbuster, neon everything, sparkle-studded jeans, badly-translated 4Kids anime, cringy infomercials, low-budget teen pregnancy dramas, and the golden age of emo rock.
Now 3,700 Years later, as the two approach their forties, they are faced with the start of their mid-life crises. People younger than them are having kids, and those children are now treating them as their weird grandparents. In order to cope, Stanley and Xeno decide to recreate a written record of what life was like at the turn of the 21st millennium.

Senku seeks solace both in science and from an unexpected source: an email chain back-and-forth with a sauve mentalist TV host, Asagiri Gen, to try to figure out how to be a good big brother to broken sisters.

Summary
With humanity restored and the silence of petrification finally gone, life begins to settle into a different rhythm. Science moves forward, the future stretches farther than ever, and for the first time, not everything revolves around survival.
Gen no longer has to carry everything alone. The weight he once bore grows lighter now that it can be shared, and in that change, he learns to live without the constant urgency that once defined his days. At his side, Senkū slowly adapts to a role he never planned for, finding in the ordinary something that cannot be solved with logic, yet learning to understand it in his own way.
Meanwhile, Byakuya grows—learning, questioning, and discovering a world being rebuilt before his eyes.
