The epiphany occurred during the latter-end of a mission, and while they completed it successfully, he still felt relatively off-kilter for the rest of the day. His gaze would involuntarily follow Mikey even when the boy was idle, eyes lingering on his slim shoulders and the unique patterns on his skin before Donnie could shake himself out of it. His brothers noticed his odd behavior, of course, but after he assured them he was fine, they decided to let him sleep it off.
(In hindsight, that was an erroneous decision.)
In an ironic twist of fate, immediately after Donnie realizes Mikey's actually pretty darn attractive, Donnie starts having increasingly more intimate dreams about him. Try as he might to rein them in and the feelings they excite within him, he can't seem to stop their influence from bleeding into reality.
Predictably, this has consequences.

It starts small.
An ever-so-slight lean into Galo’s side when they’re standing next to each other, looking at the chore assignments for the week in the Burning Rescue headquarters. The barest brush of cold fingertips against a bright orange jacket hem. Sitting a little closer than usual on the couch in the rec room. Resting on Galo’s back a little more than necessary when Galo gives him a ride on the back of his motorcycle after work.
Lio is always freezing. Galo is always warm. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out the rest.

“You look like a wet dog right now.”
“You are changing the subject. I am not clumsy, I am dignified and respectable and I know that if you were awake you would have said it was the best kiss of your life,” Galo proclaims. Like he knows what Lio would say ever.
Lio's about to say something really smart, just to goad Galo a little more, when he stops and snaps his head in Lio’s direction.
“Let me try again,” Galo demands. “Right now.”

I haven't touched this account in years, but I recently revisited this work. There were so many mistakes that I decided to make revisions and change a couple of details. I still have the original work as the second chapter.
Shinsou has recently moved in with Aizawa and feels the need to avoid burdening his teacher with his troubles. He decides to hide his flu-like illness from the pro-hero, only for his plans to fail.

With his husband out of town, his friends all busy, the school term over, and all his work either dried up or completely done, twenty-nine year-old Aizawa Shouta finds himself incredibly bored. As most bored pro heroes do, Shouta looks for a case to solve and comes across that of a man terrorizing children in a district near where Shouta grew up.
Investigating leads Shouta to a forum for underground heroes that particularly focuses on his hero persona, and then to a specific person, a fourteen year-old kid who goes by the screen-name 'Mindjack', who is Eraserhead's biggest fan and happens to live in the district where Shouta's villain is.
Late night chats lead to Shouta getting attached to this kid and slowly becoming more and more intent on taking down the villain threatening his neighborhood.

Summary
Yamada Hizashi is doing exactly what he's always wanted to do with his life—running his own preschool and daycare. Even though it's small, it's his and he knows he's good at what he does.
Then, Aizawa Shouta, an underground pro hero, enrolls his adoptive son, four year-old Shinsou Hitoshi, a boy who's been kicked out of every other daycare and school he's been put in since the development of his brainwashing quirk. Hizashi is more than happy to have him in his school, especially since Hizashi was born with a 'dangerous' quirk himself, and he quickly finds out that he has a soft spot for this kid and a serious liking towards his father that he has to learn to deal with.

Over the months Aizawa had been training him, it was impossible for Shinsou not to notice how often Yamada would show up to pick Aizawa up after their sessions. It was even more impossible not to notice the way the tired, reserved man never once told the blond to stop draping himself over his shoulders or laughing in his ear. If Shinsou didn’t know any better, he’d say Aizawa liked Yamada. Actually, that just might be the case.
Shinsou reports this and an idea to get the two teachers to notice the other’s feelings to his newfound friend, Midoriya. Kayama overhears their conversation and offers her help. Class 1-A plays matchmaker.
