Summary
Phasmophobia is the fear of ghosts.
Mike Wheeler only wishes he could be afraid of this ghost. Unfortunately, he's less like a poltergeist and more of an inconvenience. Though, he can't help but become fond of the specter.
Trevor Spengler expected dying to be boring, turns out its a lot like being a camp counselor. Which is fun! If your idea of fun was mentoring a mini-you from 40 years ago that has the survival skills of a slug and even worse romance skills.
One thing is sure, it's going to be a bumpy ride
(Rewrite from the start of season 4 to the end of season 5, including time skip, no prior knowledge of ghostbusters needed. At least for now.)

Summary
Dustin wasn't the only one who lost Eddie. Mike's grieving him too, but he can't complain, hardly anything's happened to him compared to the others after all. And that's just the way of things; he's Mike the Brave. A great paladin and the heart of the party. But things are different this time. Everyone's falling further and further apart. Dustin's not ready to let Eddie go. Max is stuck in her unexplainable coma, with Lucas all but glued to her side. El and him decided they were better off as friends after California, but with her training all the time and having to hide from the government even that friendship is slipping away. And then there's the Will of it all. A great chasm between the two that's existed ever since their fight in the rain and just kept growing each year like a weed until Mike couldn't even begin to guess how to bridge the divide.
Now Mike spends most of his time talking to an outsider who listens to his problems, ignoring his rapidly worsening symptoms, and generally trying to tape up the cracks in the party as best he can.

Or: Mike’s dreams start getting plagued by a very familiar face, his old friend, Will Byers. He hasn’t seen the boy in three years infact. He’s just happy he has something to look forward to now.

On the exhale, the smoke Mike lets out washes over them all like a rolling fog, and Will has half a mind to try and press it into his skin. That last breath before his inevitable ruin. “I’ve never orgasmed. With anyone. With myself. Fucking ever, alright?”
Will Byers is in Homosexual Hell, and he can't do anything about it.
The straight love of his life just confessed to never having an orgasm in his fucking life, and Will just has to sit there and take it. Sit there and act like he doesn’t wanna rise to his feet and tell Mike to get in the bedroom now so he can fix it. But Mike wouldn’t want that. Because Mike is straight, and straight boys go to Heaven just like the dogs do.
