Oliver needed to make a new life with his son William. To do that, he had to let go of his old life… his old Earth… to go where no one knew him. To makes sure William was safe. To be the father his son deserved. Oliver moved William and himself to Earth-38. Now if he could just leave trouble behind as easily.
