Aaron's letterboxd account was sacred. He had accumulated a following of 234 and posted regularly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. He had never left anything smaller than a paragraph on his reviews and he was scathing when it came to movies he hated.
Moving in with Nicky and Andrew hadn't changed anything, except that he hid most of it now since no one enjoyed the indie movies Aaron loved.

There’s a car pulled over on the side of the road. Halfway between where Neil and Jean stand and the court. Neil comes to a stop next to Jean, grabbing at Jean’s arm to keep him still at Neil’s side. He’s unnaturally still, like a rabbit catching the scent of a predator on the air.
The car door opens, and a man steps out. A gun glints in his hand.
“Hey, Junior!” He calls, and lifts the gun in their direction. Jean freezes. Neil does not.

Summary
When Neil finds himself an abandoned cabin in the woods to hide out in, it's almost too good to be true. Turns out that cabin isn't abandoned, inhabited by a cat and a man who are coincidentally both missing a leg. In exchange for helping this stranger fix up the cabin, Neil finds himself with a place to sleep at night, food to eat, and potentially protection from his serial killer father.

Looking at his e-mails after the fiasco of Kevin announcing that he was going to play again, David Wymack comes across an e-mail from a coach in Millport, Arizona, quite late in the hiring season, who is sure that his player is very skilled and could serve as his second substitute stricker or even his new assistant coach. However, with the thinner file than the crops attacked by pests of the kid and the somewhat mediocre tapes that showed the point that the kid forced himself to play at the same level as his teammates, Wymack couldn't help but be intrigued enough to go see for himself this player showing his champion potential at the end of the world in Arizona.

According to the team, Andrew is currently losing a custody battle for Neil against a sport invented by the mafia.
It’s a running joke in the locker room: Neil cares about Exy, and then, distant second, he cares about breathing. Andrew is somewhere on the list, probably below the new backliner spread Kevin found.
Andrew doesn't bother correcting them. He knows the difference between a distraction and a destination. He knows Neil runs until his lungs burn to keep the ghosts quiet, but he also knows exactly whose bed Neil crawls into when the adrenaline fades.

Her eyes were brown, too, though a much, much darker brown than Andrew and Aaron’s. Maybe Olwen got them from her mother. Andrew’s eyes, in the sunlight, sometimes looked more gold than brown, according to Neil’s disgustingly flattering words. Olwen’s were duller and darker, like maybe, at one point, they could have been the same as Andrew’s, but had been stained by the rottenness of humankind.

Neil bit his tongue to keep his laugh in line, then swallowed it down. He read the file carefully, looking for any clues that might not have been apparent upon the initial look through.
Nope.
The first page was of a tweet that was quoting the official team account saying that the final point of the game from last night was scored by Neil.
The quote read, “not everyone praising neil josten like police didn't find human remains and evidence of cannibalism in his LA home that he sold in 2013 😭”
