Summary
“Surprise!” you hefted the box again to make sure you wouldn’t drop it as Drew stammered. Before he could come up with something to say, he practically whisked the box out of your hands, beckoning you in with a tilt of his head.
“Come in, please! I cannot believe how exhausted you must be after carrying this up here!” There was a tone of surprise and astonishment as he spoke, his eyes still lingering on the box as he set it down on his desk, pushing aside a few other gift bags to place it. “My goodness.”

“Yes, yes, I’m… Oh my gods, I’m alright.” You laughed, half out of nervousness and half out of relief, as you stood up a little straighter. “What about you?”
“Me? Ah, yes, I suppose…” Drew trailed off, standing up in kind, his hands drifting to your shoulders. His gloves accentuated his claws. “I would say that I am quite alright."

Summary
The Saint has begun yet another excursion, to undo what cannot be undone.
Cultures leave marks on the world. For the ancients, those marks are iterators. While their architecture and memory will fade and allow new life to thrive, their robotic gods do not die easily. The Saint is responsible for dealing with problems like that.
But on their quest to find a few specific collapsed iterators, they find an odd red slugcat. A warmonger, a carnivore, an Artificer. And despite their anger, despite their coldness… Saint cannot help but find something in them.
And perhaps, with his help… she will find something in herself.
It’s an artisaint au!! Saint and arti are going on a journey to find love, and the iterators. And probably the worm pond, eventually. emphasis on AU by the way. Saint has some tricks up his sleeve. :)
