Deku flits to the forefront of his mind. Deku who he apologized to, who forgave him, who became his friend happily and without hesitation. Who told him about One For All, who is unflinchingly brave and stupidly reckless and thinks Katsuki is amazing.
“Shit,” Katsuki says, “I’m in love with fucking Deku.”

“Wha—really?” Itadori cocked his head. “Your parents never named you?”
“No.”
“We could come up with a name for you! How about Sasuke?”
“You’re joking.”

Summary
Jaskier is throwing up flowers and refuses to tell Geralt who has afflicted him so. As Geralt grapples with Jaskier's impending death, he comes to terms with a few things himself.

“Who’s the unlucky woman?” Geralt asks, stepping into the firelight.
Jaskier starts, dandelions spilling from his hands. He hastily brushes them away. “Gods, Geralt, must you always sneak up on me? This is why you have an image problem, you know. Don’t get me wrong, the whole tall, dark, and murderous vibe is fantastic -- really brings out the color of your eyes -- but the skulking tips you firmly into the realm of, well, somewhat unhinged.”
Geralt only glares at Jaskier, waiting for him to tire himself out, and sets about roasting the fowl.
“Anyway, killing my beloved won’t cure me,” Jaskier continues blithely, “so don’t even think about it. Not all problems can be solved by whacking away at them with those oversized butter knives you carry around.” He settles cross-legged next to the fire with his lute balanced across his knees and strums a few chords.

Summary
Jaskier is twelve the first time he doubles over to retch and brings up only flowers.
His nanny comes running when she hears him screaming between mouthfuls of petals, and she clicks her tongue when she finds him doubled over in a pool of flora, eyes wide and streaming with tears. He’s convinced he must have done something very naughty and been punished by the gods for it. He had felt a new way when he saw a new stablehand through a window, and the gods must have thought he was being bad, and now he’s going to die from flowers of all things.
“Oh lovey,” his nanny says sympathetically, rubbing his belly where the muscles ache already, “it just means you’ve got a very special heart.”
Jaskier gags again, spitting up daffodils and forget-me-nots into a basin, the entire room filling with a cloying floral scent.
“I don’t want it,” he says firmly. If this is what having a “special” heart means, he wants one that’s mediocre. He’s never seen his sisters throwing up flowers. He wants one of those hearts, instead.
(Jaskier has had an affliction that makes him vomit flowers since he was a child). (He finds the entire thing obnoxious, frankly).

He doesn’t manage to finish his sentence, because all of a sudden he’s crouching over in another one of his coughing fits. Eddie’s at his side in an instant, steadying him with hands holding either side of Steve’s shoulders, too close and too warm and Steve fists a hand in Eddie’s shirt, turning so he can’t see the petals Steve hastily shoves into his pocket.
Steve Harrington just wants to live his life peacefully. The universe and one damn metalhead have other plans for him.

And that's fine, okay? It was a delicate situation, he understood that then and he understands it now. He doesn't hold it against Bruce, or Dick, or anyone after him who benefited from the Batman that he fixed. It's just, he hadn't realized how many things he lost out on while fixing Batman.

Summary
The girl and magic staff were nowhere to be seen, instead a fine layer of blue, shimmering dust covered the ground. In the center, where Red Hood and Nightwing should have been, was what looked like a pile of yellow and black fabric until it started shifting and moving, revealing itself to be two human forms.
Tim stopped dead in his tracks, nearly slipping in the dust, causing Robin — who was apparently right behind him — to crash into his back.
Robin mumbled a few curse words directed at him, but stopped short when he saw what was in front of them.
It was two young boys, both with messy black hair, both covered in a fine layer of glittering blue dust, and both wearing the old Robin costume. It was Dick's design, the brighter one, closer in color to what the Flying Graysons had worn, and with a startling lack of pants. But it was the one that Jason had worn too.
...
Or, Dick and Jason get de-aged by some magic, assumptions are made, and those assumptions are very, very wrong.
