Aizawa told him that being an Underground hero means no spotlight, no knowing backup, no time, no light, and no news reports live from any fight. If he were patrolling at night and someone is expecting him back home, he checks in with that person to make sure they know he was alive.
It's the only way to know an Underground hero is alive unless they came back home themselves. But calling throughout the patrol meant reassurance until then.Izuku takes deep breaths, counting to thirty before looking at the time again.
4:07 AM.
"Come on, Toshi..." Izuku mumbles to himself.Or...!
As Pro Heroes, life isn't always easy. Izuku waits at home in worry for his Underground partner to call from his night patrol. Despite his worry, he tries to remind himself that Hitoshi is strong. He needs to trust that Hitoshi will always try to come back home.
Until then...he needs to wait. -

That means, like this, Tenya would be basically invisible to anyone else. Hitoshi lets his eyes fall back down to Tenya’s red gaze, a lazy yet wide grin spreading across his face.

Summary
A one night stand the night before Izuku leaves for America leaves Shouto pregnant. Not wanting to be the reason that Izuku to give up on a great opportunity, Shouto hides the pregnancy from Izuku. He has the child and raises her with the help of his family and Katsuki and Eijirou, and spends the next 5 years keeping his daughter out of the media.
His nice life is interrupted when Izuku finally comes back from America, and Shouto has to do the hard thing and inform Izuku of their daughter. They now have to navigate and figure out the best way of putting their family together.
