Summary
With one last weekend home before the students at U.A. are expected to move into the dormitories, Inko is called away on a spur of the moment trip by Izuku's father, Hisashi Midoriya, a man he... well, barely even knows at this point in time.
He is, however, inevitably reminded once a year that Hisashi Midoriya really /does/ exist whenever he decides to appear on his mother's phone-line like a ghost to ask - more like command - she fly out to New York City to spend some time together, an invitation never once extended to Izuku during the many years he still acknowledged he actually did have a second parent.
And unfortunately after a heated phone call with his parents, resulting in a verbal altercation that crushes Izuku's soul as if he were still that same child in middle school, in walks the hero he always prayed would save him.
Except this time, All Might is there to put his broken pieces back together in the flesh.

He can be damn sure that from here on out, he'll do everything within his power to ensure this beautiful, beautiful kid that just so happened to stumble into his life is safe, happy, and always with a warm meal on the table and a bed that's only his to come home to every single day for as long as he decides to.
Izuku and Toshinori share a tender moment in the kitchen just before taking the next step that'll cement their relationship as father and son forever.

With the Provisional Hero License exams a mere two weeks away, Shindou sits livid and burning at his desk, watching U.A's publicized showing of their annual Sport's Festival. Those god damn U.A. brats may think they're better than everybody else, but even Shindou can't deny that this year's class 1-A are a force to be reckoned with.
He can sit here all day and memorize their battle techniques like the back of his hand, but no amount of knowledge can overcome the power of quirks so plain and simply. He needs a foolproof plan; he can't allow for these stuck-up bastards to rub Ketsubutsu Academy's nose - or, more importantly, Shindou's nose - in the dust. Not a chance in hell.
He'll just have to resort to underhanded tactics.
And as he pauses on a clip, a close-up of Izuku during his intense battle with Todoroki, Shindou's eyes cast aflame with an even hotter determination than ever.

With Fukuchi defeated, that final battle had come with a price: a sword slash across the eyes, resulting in an inoperable blindness no one knows if Atsushi will ever recover from.
Then, for the first time since they fought side by side against Fukuchi on that ship, resulting in his partner's sacrificial demise that never truly escapes his nightmares, Nakajima is informed of the news that Akutagawa hadn't died as he was led to believe after all. "Dramatic this morning, are we?" Ryuunosuke snorts, a soft smile on his lips.
"With the way you act in P.E, I don't think you have the right to be calling anyone dramatic," Nakajima snickers in retort. "I swear whoever may not of known you in your class probably thought you were genuinely dying every time you'd run a lap. If you're not coughing up a lung, then you sure act like you do after, like, sixty seconds of walking."
"Keep that up and you'll be the one coughing up a lung when I refuse to tutor you on your first math assessment. You have fun with your 'F' and I'll stay over here with my crippling asthma attacks."

Dark eyes finally do open now, and it's to glare up at the teasing smirk and glint in Chuuya's eye. Osamu simply grunts in protest, rolling over and burying his face in the pillow when his boyfriend eventually stops sitting on him.
