A few of the mothers looked at him oddly when he arrived in the locker room with Sakura, but nobody commented since it was obvious why he was there. Sakura bounced on her toes, chattering a mile a minute about what she was going to learn, and he just made sure her outfit was correct, then he put her bag inside one of the lockers and turned the key. “Now, I have your water bottle and towel, so if you need them, you know where they are. I’ll be sitting with the other parents. Your job is to have fun and pay attention to the instructor. Okay?”
Sakura threw her arms around him, giving him a kiss on the cheek. “Yes, dad! You’re the best!”
Blushing slightly, he ignored the coo he heard from one of the women, and herded Sakura out into the large mirrored dance hall. Where he promptly froze, a frown marring his face.He had expected the instructor to be some stern-faced older ballerina, retired from the stage. Not… this. A man. A tall, incredibly well built man wearing tights that could have been painted on, and a loose-knit cotton sweater that, while it hung around his frame, was doing absolutely nothing to hide the fact that his upper body was just as well toned as his legs.
