Summary
Severus Snape had formed a Blood Bond with Lily Evans when they were at Hogwarts. This means that when Lily dies there is another whose blood relationship with her is recognized by the blood ward Dumbledore places on Harry. Severus Snape decides to check on how the Dursleys are treating Harry, about a month after Lily's death, and isn't pleased with what he finds. With the help of Remus Lupin, Severus has been caring for Harry ever since.
With Voldemort having returned and the Ministry refusing to listen to him, Dumbledore has reformed the Order of the Phoenix. Severus and Remus must continue to keep Harry's true living situation from Dumbledore while keeping their son safe from Voldemort.

Harry has finished his first year at Hogwarts without anyone discovering that he is living with Severus and Remus instead of the Dursleys. Although Harry chose to let Ron and Hermione in on his secret over the Christmas Holidays. His second year is about to begin.

Summary
Look, Jason hadn’t been trying to become an ‘influencer' or whatever people call it; Social media was just the fastest way to spread information. When he was a bat, they were often aware of attacks long before the news outlets actually got around to covering them. So he was completely justified in making an account, posting a video of himself patrolling to verify it was him, and sending out alerts to the alley long before the actual news got around to warning people.
