A really nice look into how things would be for Jin Ling after everything… I appreciate the way it acknowledges Jin Guangyao’s wrongs and doesn’t downplay them but also doesn’t pretend like Jin Ling doesn’t still love Jin Guangyao for being one of the main ppl who raised him. It can be hard to find a fic that does both.
