Summary
When Harry willingly sacrificed himself for the sake of the Wizarding World as was expected of him, he never imagined for a second he'd wake up in a strange chamber surrounded by people both dead and alive.
He certainly never expected Mother Magic herself to show up. Or that she'd be disappointed with his sacrifice.
He also didn't expect her to decide that almost his entire life needed to be redone... And the way she described that like it was a reasonable suggestion was unnerving at best. Terrifying at worst.
Harry had thought he'd finally fulfilled his destiny, only to learn that he was destined to so much more than death at the hands of a dark lord.
Armed with seven books, each filled with details of Harry's life he'd rather keep private, Harry and the others settle in for a lesson from Mother Magic on where they all went so horribly wrong.
Harry and co have received the fourth book detailing his life at Hogwarts and so the story continues.Series

Summary
When Ra's al Ghul pushed Tim Drake out of a window after he foiled his plots again, he did something and the vigilante disappeared. Six months later, and through a completely unrelated summoning to an alternate dimension's Sun God, Tim reappeared both five years older and part of the crew of the King of Pirates, Monkey D. Luffy.
Now stuck in his home dimension for a month until they can be sent back home, due to bullshit magic reasons, Tim has to face the Batfamily that he had left behind, reckon with a couple of old ghosts, and deal with Bruce Wayne's ever-increasing paranoia in the wake of his disappearance. Luckily, Tim is older, theoretically wiser, and knows that his crew has his back.
(And, in flashbacks, Tim grows into the pirate he is today: the Shadow of the King.)

"We Need to Be Put in Check" — Except You, Tony: A Legal Meta on Tony Stark's War Crimes and Violations of International Law in Captain America: Civil War by tragic_fantasyfan21

Summary
There is a particular irony at the heart of Captain America: Civil War that the film never quite confronts head-on: the man most vocally championing legal accountability for superheroes is also the man who, in the same film, commits what could credibly be charged as war crimes, child trafficking, and attempted murder of a prisoner of war.
This meta sets out to examine Tony Stark's conduct in Civil War through the lens of real international law — specifically the Geneva Conventions and the broader body of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) — as well as applicable domestic statutes. The goal is not to relitigate the tired "whose side are you on" debate, but to hold Tony Stark to exactly the standard he claims to believe in."We need to be put in check. Whatever form that takes, I'm game. If we can't accept limitations, we're no better than the bad guys."
— Tony Stark, Captain America: Civil War (2016)Sure, Tony. Let's talk about that.

Summary
The person sighs softly. “It's a long story. You might want to sit back down,” they say.
Jason narrows his eyes suspiciously. “I'm fine, thanks.”
The stranger rolls their eyes. “Okay, yeah. That tracks. So, I'm from the future,” they explain like that's a completely normal thing to say. “I got sent into the past by an interdimensional being that feeds off of temporal energy, and no magic or technology can bring me back. They’re kind of like the weeping angels from Doctor Who, but they look completely different. They look sort of like hairless blue Klingons with four giant tentacles for legs.”
Jason barks out a laugh.
XXX
Twenty-one-year-old Tim gets stuck permanently five years in the past, right before Jason reveals himself to Bruce as alive, and decides that, since they can't return to their time anyway, they might as well make a couple of changes to their new timeline. But Jason is the only one who knows their identity, and it doesn't take long for them to realize that hiding their identity from their family comes with a few challenges.
