Yeah, Dennis admits to himself, he’s down pretty bad.
He’s certain that the fishing trips his brothers took with their dad didn’t have this additional complication – that of the man taking them being so hot they’d want to cry. Trinity’s comment, ‘daddy wants to take you to the woodshed,’ bounces around in Dennis’s head.

Marwa is sitting with Nandor, on opposite ends of the couch, as always. Her legs are in the space between them, and Nandor is trying not to make it obvious that he’s scooting as far away as possible.
She turns a page in her magazine and suddenly looks up at him, all bright eyes. “Have you ever noticed that there is one curl that likes to fall onto Guillermo’s forehead?” she asks, a smile edging at her face.
Nandor blinks. Blinks again. She’s still there. “What?”

But they’re not dead. They’re here. In a stupid little dinghy, pulled right up to the edge of The Revenge, climbing aboard.
Stede and the crew of the The Revenge, left for dead, make their way back to the ship to find their old co-captain. Jim now fits in a bit better with Blackbeard's crew, at least in appearance. Blackbeard and Stede finally come face to face again, but the better reunion is between Olu and Jim.
