Summary
Ponk had trusted Sam after the Red Festival. After Techno had fired fireworks into the crowd, killing many and maiming more. After he’d lost his left leg below the knee and his right at the thigh. After months of recovery and PT, Sam, who had built him his prosthetics, became the reason he could walk at all.
There was no one to build him a prosthetic now.
(Or, Ponk loses a third limb to someone he thought he trusted. And if he's not angry about it himself, his 17-year-old business partner will be furious for him.)
