Join us" Dar'rasha stated, not wanting Lucien to be cold during the night, and also because well, they seem to have grown awfully fond of the human over past few weeks and grown more protective over him, more so than the original agreement of Lucien paying them to be his guard, they wanted to protect him because he was a friend.
Lucien blinked at the request "oh, are you sure, my friend? I wouldn't want to intrude on you and Indigo. Plus I wouldn't want to make either of you uncomfortable-"
"You overthink too much" the dark khajiit complained, reaching over and pulling Lucien into their small cuddle pile by his arm.

There's too many booby-traps in Skyrim. Lucien has a knack for finding them, in the most painful way possible. His companion has had enough, and has consigned him to a period of house arrest while he recovers. Lucien is restless though, and contests his doctors orders/ 2 week sentence.
I wrote this mostly to practice no-pressure writing, as recommended by my therapist. Dragonborn uses she/they pronouns.

“Do you like,” Hadvar hesitated again, taking a deep breath before losing half his nerve, “men?” Hadvar couldn't stop from moving the hand on Nethrin's hip and wrapping his arm around Nethrin's lower back.
Nethrin's lips parted and his gaze locked on Hadvar's lips. “Yes,” He whispered.
Hadvar leaned in hesitantly, not quite kissing the small Dunmer, not yet, anyway. He wanted to give Nethrin a chance to say no, a chance to back away.
