Ruze had been staying at the house on Little Lady Lane for a couple years now, and it was honestly pretty sweet. He couldn't exactly say he was living there since he was technically no longer alive, but the effect was largely the same to him. Sure, the building was old, and empty, and he hadn't been able to communicate with another human being in so long... But he liked it that way! Honest! The house was his, and he'd scare the daylights out of anyone who dared try and buy the place.
Shinri was just looking for somewhere inexpensive to finally put down roots. If it came with a cute new roommate, then that was definitely an added bonus. It didn't matter to him that the roommate in question was a powerful malevolent spirit. Every roomie had there flaws, right?
