Summary
Between a mere insect and the common man, there is little connection between the two. However, the one consistent factor that plays into their occasional interaction will be perspective. For a man could never imagine themselves in the world of an insect, could never visualise what it means to live as bug. And in doing so, he isolates himself from possibilities and experiences. He will never know the feeling of eating a leaf coated in morning dew, nor the relief of digging into loose soil, dampened by the evening rain. To him, these are all fruitless endeavours, he lives larger then these foul creatures and he already knows all on what the universe has to offer. So who in their right mind would want to ever try and understand an insect perspective anyways?
