the above is my original description of the following ~6K words of entirely self-indulgent and overspecific self insert that i invented an entire new quenya word for.
you, the tenth-walker, are a half-elf, a middle earth anthropologist of sorts. you're also autistic (but they don't have a word for that yet). you have a history of depression and self harm that you are determined to hide from the fellowship. especially from aragorn, who cares about you too much for his own good...

Prompt/Idea: Social settings and crowds do not get along well with you. Often times, the pair results with you a gasping, sobbing mess. Anxiety attacks. And they suck. They really suck.
After being separated from the Doctor (10) in a hustling, boisterous crowd on a foreign planet millions of light years away in an unfamiliar galaxy does not agree with you. Battling an anxiety attack in a secluded place, alone surely doesn't help. But when the Doctor finds you, he intends to help you through this troublesome battle.
