“Despite what many still think, I am only human. I don’t have super strength or speed, I'm not immortal and I certainly can't sense emotions.” Bruce said. “I have to trust that Clark won't snap my spine, that J'onn won't read my mind, I have to think ahead so that vampires can't outlast me, werewolves can't maul me and incubi won't use my emotions against me.”
Bruce sighed. “I'm human. That's the problem, not metas or supernaturals, just that.” -

Summary
When Damian Wayne accidentally ends up ten years in the past, he's determined to find his way back on his own. Too bad a nine-year-old Tim Drake out batwatching happens upon him, immediately getting attached to this alternate Robin.
Begrudgingly, Damian tolerates his future brother's presence as he looks for a way home - all while doing everything to avoid meeting the rest of his family. He can't afford to change the past, after all.
Fate (and his love for his family) have other plans.

Bookmarker's Notes
The more galas one attended, the more often one was held captive by the rogues or gangs or other criminals interrupting said galas. Most of the time, it boiled down to hanging around in an unfamiliar room for a few hours until rescue came. Sometimes even a few days.
Socialite children’s lesson number one when in a new environment – assuming one wasn’t tied to a chair or shackled to a wall – was to check the room for possible exits. Lesson number two was to check for hidden cameras or other surveillance devices. Gotham’s myriad of crazies had its fair share of creeps, too, after all.
Tim would assume alley kids worked along a similar code of conduct, based on the site Jason had left behind.

There would have been no rescue for Mark, if NASA had not noticed he was still alive. Unless of course, a certain Big Hero noticed instead.

Summary
Based on prompt by jack_a_rose on the 118 discord:
Ten years ago, Buck got a wrong number text message telling him Thanksgiving Dinner was at 4pm that year and not to be late. Buck replied saying that they had the wrong number and joked asking if he could still have a plate.
He got the reply, "Of course you can, I'll text you the address. I'm a cop, though, so no funny business."
That's how Buck became a yearly addition at the Grant Thanksgiving Dinner, four years before he chose to settle in LA. Four years before he started at the 118.
