Summary
Jason's been stuck on this drug case for a whole month and he's got nothing. That is, until his tiny, anxious ex-neighbor shows up at his safehouse with a backpack full of evidence saying that the entire drug operation is being run by his parents.
Tim figured out that his parents were big-time drug traffickers at age nine, but when people start dying and Batman won't listen to him, the only available option is the Red Hood, who's just as likely to shoot him as he is to help him. That's why it's such a surprise when Tim shows up at his safehouse and Gotham's most undead and dangerous vigilante invites him in for spaghetti dinner.

Chris stared at her a moment, surprised how things got this far so fast, and in the next second found himself nodding and reaching out to rest his hand on a very boney shoulder. It was like instinct made his body move.
"Wait, JD . . ." Vin's eyes reflected panic as they flicked between Nettie and Chris.
"Not a problem," Chris heard himself say. He felt the hardness of his face melt into a genuine smile as he drew the boy's eyes back to his own. "Got the perfect addition." He turned to call to Buck, but found his friend just a step behind and looking at him with an amused smirk. "You. Go with that one." Chris tipped his head sharply in JD's direction.

Summary
Bruce told Jason to help him out with their tiny stalker problem, only Jason didn't realize 'tiny' would be so literal. Not wanting to risk Batman finding out about Tim, Jason does the most logical thing; hide him in his room and hope nobody finds out.
Dick, who's supposed to be babysitting him, isn't so easily fooled. -
