Veruca Salt wanted a trained squirrel, but not only didn't she get one, but she was then thrown down the rubbish chute. Now, deeply offended and hurt, she's in the infirmary with two of the unlucky ticket winners, whom she's not fond of seeing again, at least not until she takes a bath and removes the stench. Augustus was fine, unsure if he learned a thing from the experience, and Violet, well, she'll be a bit blue for a while.

Things would go much more smoothly if Violet didn't resist being sick, refusing to rest and get better on the principle that she's useless while sick. Her adopted family try to get her to change her mind.

This is basically Annie but with Willy Wonka characters, I'm gonna take elements from all three versions of the Annie movies but I'm pretty much gonna ignore the existence of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for everything but easter eggs."You see, Charlie is an orphan. Like all the other orphans in this part of New York he lives in the 42nd street group home, which is run by a mean old woman named Agatha Hannigan. She makes the orphans in her care do all of the cooking and cleaning and even forces them to teach themselves to sew so that they can mend their own clothes. No child has been at the group home longer than Charlie, who was left on the doorstep when he was only a baby with nothing but a note written on the back of a receipt and half a broken locket around his neck."

Eventually, Charlie finds one as well, but needs to visit the factory without adult supervision for some reason. Soon he and the four other children discover that there's more to Wonka than meets the eye. It soon turns into a cat-and-mouse game-style fight for survival as the four naughty ticket winners must work together with Charlie to not only escape the factory alive, but face their inner demons.
