Emma gets turned into an especially annoying parrot that Regina unknowingly adopts as a pet. Regina is devastated because she thinks Emma has been taken or hurt or something. Emma tries to be herself as much as possible as a parrot to get Regina to realize she's still there. Unfortunately, she doesn't get to keep her human vocabulary or reasoning skills as a parrot.
They kiss it better.
