Summary
Crowley remembers back in uni, his head in Aziraphale’s lap, Aziraphale’s fingers carding through his hair, lulling him to sleep. He would wake up feeling so loose-limbed and relaxed he wouldn’t want to move. Even the thought of a party and a girl (and the sex that surely awaited him) wasn’t enough to get him to leave. So Crowley would cancel his plans, and they would order takeaway, share a bottle of wine, and… Okay, yes, cuddle on the sofa watching telly.
But that didn’t mean anything.
Did it?

Summary
They met at Ana and Newt’s pre-wedding party. Aziraphale remembers being absolutely stunned by Crowley’s good looks—and mortified by his coarse language. That only lasted until they began a hilarious (and frankly unhinged) conversation about the intelligence of dolphins and whales, and something about the kraken, if memory serves. From that moment on, they have been nearly inseparable.
That was five years ago. These days, Aziraphale frequently slips onto a bar stool and keeps Crowley company for a few hours while he works a slow shift at an upscale Mayfair pub, and Crowley spends many a lazy day lounging in Aziraphale’s bookshop in Soho.
But there’s nothing more to it than that. Because Aziraphale and Crowley are merely friends. They’ve never been more than friends. They never will be.
Of course not.

Summary
There's a new man in the neighbourhood, one with wavy auburn hair that flows to the middle of his back. Lithe and lean, he is a vision, and Aziraphale can't stop watching him as he walks the pavement, going in and out of the local bawdy house.

Summary
Aziraphale wave a hand dismissively. “Oh pish-posh, you know quite as well as I do that the Almighty doesn’t give a fig about the various genital configurations. That’s all just nonsense the humans dreamed up along the way. Of course, if it matters to you, you could always manifest a vulva. I’d be quite happy to fuck you in whichever bits you prefer... Oh dear, he’s fainted. Crowley… Crowley! Are you quite all right? Oh bother it all.”

Summary
Aziraphale sees sound, words and feelings as colours.
Crowley sees the world without colour at all – only shades of grey, light, shadow and texture.
When they meet, they begin, carefully and almost accidentally, to show each other how the world looks from their side.
A story of perception, translation, and the courage of allowing yourself to be seen in full colour.

Summary
It is thirty-six point seven degrees Celsius and climbing, and Aziraphale and Crowley have lived together for five years, and everything is completely fine.
(It is not fine.)
Crowley stops wearing shirts. Aziraphale stops coping. They drag a mattress onto the balcony, eat strawberries in the dark, and somewhere around two in the morning, under a London sky that is too warm and too honest, five years of extremely careful not-saying-it finally runs out of road.
