If the Dragon gave the city and its people the eternal blessing of a Dragon, a powerful blessing thats believed to be a seal of protection and prosperity, then in return that Princess would be promised in marriage to the Black Dragon.
That story had long been forgotten, and Dragons had not been seen in years.
Until 10 years ago when the Black Dragon, returned again, appearing out of the blue and attacking the capital city of Canterbury for its promised bride.
