Summary
Nie Mingjue knows his men wouldn’t simply let their Sect Leader be taken prisoner by another sect. For all he wishes to pay with his own life for hurting innocent disciples, he knows that his status would at least guarantee a fair trial.
The only way he could be kept in a Jin sect dungeon without the risk of his own sect starting a conflict is if his people have no idea about it in the first place.

Summary
The room was big and well furnished, but Huáisāng couldn’t pay attention to the privacy screen hiding a bathing area and a dressing room; nor could he care about the many scrolls carefully sorted on a big shelf, or the map laid out on the table. No candles were lit, but the early morning light had started to come in through the window, illuminating the figure lying curled up in bed.
Míngjué was asleep.
Dressed in what Huáisāng was sure were the clothes he had worn to the battlefield, guan and all, his brother slept soundly. He still had his boots on and the cape was wrapped around his body like a blanket. The younger brother was almost scared of waking him up, knowing how much his brother needed the rest.
Above all things, however, Míngjué needed care.

When the new human started asking for Grace, the Eridians did everything in their power to accommodate.
Grace was waiting on the other side, flanked by a pair of Eridians he named Quartz and Ruby. He wrung his hands, an anxious tick that the handlers recognize, as the entourage with their new human entered.
The new human startled at seeing Grace. His eyes darted around the biosphere, but they always ended up right back on the other human, as if trying to understand what he was seeing.
“I know this is a lot,” Grace said, placating with his hands up and visible. Inhibiting human vision was seen as a threat, as Grace had once explained. “I’m Grace. I—Have we met before? I don’t think we have, but they said you were asking for me, so I’m not sure—“
The new human finally stopped examining his surroundings and frowned at him. “You’re not Grace.”Or,
A new human arrives on Erid. He's weirdly knowledgeable about Eridians and even shares a name with Rocky. Even weirder, he claims to be best friends with an Eridian named Grace.Series
